Just about what you would expect from a little hotel in a small town in Southern Louisiana. But the staff was friendly and addressed our broken TV within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. They care about the experience you have here which is refreshing. Also refreshing.....the pool. We had a great visit.
I wouldn’t call this 5-star hotel but for my purposes, I’ll give it 5 stars. If the need arises again, I would return. Passing through the area and just needed a sleep. I found it clean, quiet, comfortable, roomy, safe and oh so affordable. Included is a breakfast buffet which was a bit better than the standard free breakfast I typically encounter.
Very clean and comfortable place with great customer service, and a fantastic breakfast. Beautiful outdoor area with a nice pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The price matches the quality. I rented two rooms for my team. During the whole time, I was never bitten by bedbugs. A great bonus is the free full breakfast that you can take with you and it is enough for me for two meals. Be careful, it is in the restaurant. I will definitely come back, I recommend it.
I stayed here while on a solo cross country trip. There isn't a lot of selection in town and this was one of the options. The room I stayed in was fine. All of the rooms at this hotel are on the ground floor in a courtyard setting. The room was clean and everything worked just fine. The hotel has a breakfast area which is stocked with the routine Continental breakfast items. There is an outdoor pool which is probably in good shape in the swimming season. The parking lot is in good condition and reasonably clean.
I stayed at Best Western Forest Inn on April 26 through April 28th. My stay was absolutely wonderful. The grounds is beautifully laid out. Rooms clean and comfortable. Most importantly was the customer service I received from the front desk representative-- she was amazing! She made me comfortable even before I arrived at my room. Very informative of any events, local stores in the Franklin area. This was an extremely nice weekend getaway! Looking forward to more visits to this location!

Very nice room & pleasantly surprised that our king room came with a Jacuzzi tub! We've also decided to partake in dining at the restaurant on the hotel property. Lovely outdoor swimming pool & BBQ area/sitting area with a cabana to enjoy the outdoors. I'll keep this one on my save list.
